Achie­ving gre­at things tog­e­ther

OPC in Gha­na and Up Deve­lo­p­ment in Switz­er­land are com­mit­ted to sus­tainable, healt­hy deve­lo­p­ment – with a focus on harm­o­ny, com­mu­ni­ty spi­rit and app­re­cia­ti­on. Fol­lo­wing con­so­li­da­ti­on in 2023, the new­ly for­med team suc­cessful­ly laun­ched its pro­ject work within the nine depart­ments in 2024. With this foun­da­ti­on, OPC con­ti­nues to deve­lop towards func­tio­ning, rege­ne­ra­ti­ve com­mu­ni­ties based on bio­lo­gi­cal prin­ci­ples.

Tog­e­ther with over 400 far­mers, we are crea­ting sus­tainable added value in Gha­na – through rege­ne­ra­ti­ve agri­cul­tu­re, edu­ca­ti­on and fair mar­kets.
Trai­ning in social entre­pre­neur­ship
In Busua, a gene­ra­ti­on of young social entre­pre­neurs is emer­ging who are sha­ping their own future – with respon­si­bi­li­ty for the eco­no­my, the envi­ron­ment and the com­mu­ni­ty.

Tog­e­ther with ETH Zurich, we are deve­lo­ping models for rege­ne­ra­ti­ve cocoa agro­fo­re­stry that streng­then bio­di­ver­si­ty and pro­mo­te refo­re­sta­ti­on.
