Up Development strives to create a regenerative world
Our mission is to create a regenerative world by developing our own projects and providing financial support to private individuals, organizations and companies. Through education and innovative fundraising activities, we promote projects with a focus on social entrepreneurship and the circular economy. Our commitment is to social justice and the responsible use of natural resources, with the aim of having a systemic impact. Our current focus is on Switzerland and Ghana.

Our team
Our small, dedicated core team combines expertise from the fields of education, development, fundraising, communication and project management. What unites us: the conviction that education is the strongest lever for sustainable change and that good cooperation is the beginning of everything.
Our voluntary Board of Directors supports our strategic development and contributes experience from the fields of science, NGOs, corporate management and sustainable development. Their perspectives strengthen our focus and ensure that we act with heart and mind.

Participating instead of just watching – Up Development thrives on people who want to help shape it – whether at festivals, in the back office, as a member or patron. Our community grows with every person who decides to contribute time, knowledge or resources.
